The Honeyville Bin Unloading Drag Conveyor is a new product developed as an alternative to the tube type screw conveyors that have been a standard for unloading bins for many years.

Some of the design features include:

• Capacity:  Available in 3 different sizes with capacities ranging from 2,750 to 6,350 BPH
  
• Installation Options:
  • Can be installed in a grain bin floor system with a minimum floor height of 18-1/2"
  • Can be installed in a concrete formed tunnel in the grain bin foundation
  • May be set up to service one or multiple grain bins on a common floor level
• Operation:  
  • Can operate with a single slide gate or multiple gates depending on bin size
  • Optional Rack and Pinion controller is available for easier gate operation on larger dia. bins.
  • Operates at a lower motor horse power per bushel ratio
  • A more gentle conveying of the grain then a tube type screw conveyor
• Bend Section:  15º, 22.5º, 30º, 37.5º, or 45º elbow sections available for inclining to a bucket elevator or truck load-out
• Material:  All G-90 galvanized steel and bolted construction
• Flighting:  Features 81XH conveyor chain and 3/8" thick UHMW paddles, pre-assembled in 10' sections
