At Honeyville Metal, we’re proud of our innovative facilities, and we’ve organized our campus by function to maximize efficiency:

Engineering, Production & Main Offices

Building #1 is home to our main offices and Engineering and Production offices. It’s also where we process and store all raw materials. For this reason, building #1 has the following features:

• To enhance the material flow: Overhead bridge cranes through our cut-out department along with an indoor truck loading and unloading bay.
• For fabrication: Current or updated hydraulic and mechanical shears, CNC plasma and flame cutting table, CNC turret punch with plasma cutting, hydraulic plate roll, hydraulic press brakes with CNC back gauges and controls, iron workers and band saws.

Product Finishing Facilities

Building #2 is our product finishing facility. It offers a temperature-controlled environment that enhances the spraying operation and the ideal conditions for the curing of applied finish coats.

Welding Facilities

Building #3 houses our entire welding operations, and has overhead bridge cranes and individual hoists used for assembly and part manipulations during the welding process. Many of our fabricated parts are jig welded for assured accuracy and repeatability.

Warehousing, Assembly, Shipping and Receiving Facilities

Building #4 is our warehousing, assembly, shipping and receiving facility. It’s our most recent building, with:

• 25,000 square feet devoted to product storage
• 7,500 square feet for a product assembly area
• 7,500 square feet for product staging, shipping and receiving, including two shipping bays
